Shipping Rates
- Click & Collect: Available for in-stock items at selected store locations.
- Free Shipping: Orders over $100 (excludes heavy/oversized items).
- Standard Shipping (Australia): $10 flat rate.
- Express Shipping (Australia): $20 flat rate.
- New Zealand: $25 flat rate (not all items available).
Order Processing & Delivery
- Orders are processed and shipped during business hours: Monday–Friday, 10am–5pm (AEST), excluding public holidays.
- Orders may be dispatched from any of our store locations, depending on stock availability.
- If your order contains multiple items, they may ship separately. In this case, you will receive separate tracking numbers, but no additional shipping charges will apply.
- Delivery timeframes are provided as a guide only, beginning from the date of purchase. Weekend delivery is not available.
- Once dispatched, we are unable to redirect orders.
